Mr. Gábor Pozderka was born in 1976 in Szolnok, obtaining the „cum laude” law degree in 1999, at the Law School of the Miskolc University. In 2003 he passed the law qualification exam, furthermore he has a tax advisor qualification as well.

Mr. Pozderka acting as managing partner of the partnership.

Between 1999-2005 he worked in the management of a multinational insurance company as in-house lawyer, then as chief of legal staff..

Since 2005 Mr. Pozderka works as attorney, and besides insurance law his specialities there are: corporate law, tax law, labour law and real estate law.

He is fluent in English.

Experience in insurance issues: 20 years

Mr. Csurgó attended the Law School of Loránd Eötvös University, Budapest. He passed the law qualification exam in 1984, obtaining the postgraduate degree of insurance law in 1990.

His professional career began in 1981 at the State Insurance Company of Hungary (Állami Biztosító) as in-house lawyer, afterwards he worked at Colonia, AXA, OTP Garancia/Groupama and CIG Pannónia insurance companies as senior manager and  member of the board of directors.

Between 2002-2007 he worked as consultant and took part in several international insurance projects.

From February 2014 Mr. Csurgó worked as partner at Cseri and Partners Law Office. Beginning from March 2017 he acts as partner of Csurgó and Pozderka Partnership Law Offices.

From July 2017 Mr. Csurgó is the CEO of the Hungarian Attorney’s Mutual Insurance Association.

Mr. Csurgó is associate professor at Loránd Eötvös University, also acts as arbitrator at the Permanent Arbitral Tribunal of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

He is member of the Committee of AIDA Europe (International Assotiation of Insurance Lawyers), and co-president of the Hungarian chapter as well.

Mr. Csurgó speaks English, German and Russian.

Experience in insurance issues: 38 years

Ms. Gergely obtained law degree in 1976 at the Law School of Attila József University in Szeged. She started as a candidate attorney, working in public administration, then gaining law practise at two multinational insurance companies.

In 1991 she was a trainee solicitor for 3 months at Stevenson Harwood Law Firm, London.

Ms. Gergely obtaines postgraduate degrees in insurance law, economic law and European law, being an mediator in Economics also.

For almost 25 years she has been senior in-house lawyer of a multinational insurance company, managing the team handling entirely the law issues, supervising the personal injuries and the international claims settlement departments of the firm.

In 2018 she joined the Csurgó and Pozderka Partnership Law Offices.

She is fluent in English.

Experience in insurance issues: 30 years

Mr. Kiss obtained the law degree in 1992 at the Law School of Loránd Eötvös University, Budapest.  After graduation he worked as a candidate attorney in a law office, afterwards working there also as an Attorney at Law.

Since 2004 Mr. Kiss has been working as Attorney at Law, dealing continuously and primarily with legal issues of a large multinational insurance company.

Besides insurance issues, Mr. Kiss dealt with corporate law issues and real estate law matters.
