The main profile of Csurgó and Pozderka Partnership Law Offices is insurance and tort law.
The four attorney members of the partnership – Ms. Edit Gergely Mohácsy LL.M., Mr. Ottó Csurgó LL.M., Mr. Csaba Kiss and the managing partner, Mr. Gábor Pozderka – together bear more than 100 years of experience in insurance law, all of them have worked for years as solicitors, managers, senior managers for multinational insurance companies.
The activity of the Partnership is also helped by, Ms. Nóra Veres, Mr. Bence Nagy LL.M. and Mr. Benedek D. Varga as candidate attorneys, furthermore by Ms. Ágnes Gullner and Ms. Judit Jenei working in administration.
The partnership has permanent service agreements with many insurance companies and insurance intermediators in Hungary and from abroad and gives consultany in insurance and tort law issues for law firms from different foreign countries.
Besides insurance and tort law, the partnership offers complex services in a variety of legal areas, as corporate law, civil, labour and real estate law, among its clients being multinational firms and smaller companies, as well.
The Partnership offers professional legal services to our clients in Hungarian, English and German languages.
